To create and manage your account we store your email address (encrypted at rest), a hashed password, and license/usage metadata (plan, exchange adapters enabled, instance activity). Because IONIDE is self-hosted, your exchange API keys and trading data live on your own instance — we don't receive or store them.
Account data is used to authenticate you, issue and validate your license, and provide support. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
We retain account and license data for as long as your account is active, or as required to satisfy legal or accounting obligations. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from your account profile page.
We don't use third-party infrastructure providers. Email is handled by our own self-hosted Mailcow instance, and object storage by our own self-hosted SeaweedFS cluster, both running on our own infrastructure. No account or license data is processed by an outside party.
Questions about this policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to [email protected] or via our contact page.
